Yeayyy!!~!~!~ Farra Delight now got it's own galore!!~!~

Well.., it is actually a house with 3 rooms and a kitchen which this house will take place 100% Farra Delight's business, including production, sales and customer meeting. :) :) :) It will be much easier for my customer to meet me, means you guys won't have to find my home to make an order.

It is actually not really far from my house, juz' about 5-7 minutes walking. Juz' near, rite? :) :) :)

Let me give u some hints of the location...!~

1. If you are from RTM Wakaf Che Yeh :: Go straight till u find a roundabout. Take 12 o'clock and go straight again until u find a carwash on your left. My premise is exactly next to the carwash, attached with yellow big wooden house and restaurant. Got a big replica of waterfall in front of it. Park directly at the compound of the house.

2. If you are from Tesco/Kg. Sireh/Pintu Geng :: Juz' go straight until u find a mosque on your rite. You will see a restaurant with green roof exactly at the corner. It is attached with yellow wooden house with a big waterfall replica in front of it. Park your car directly in the compound of the house.

Wah, lama bebenor x update sini... wahahaa... maunye dekat setahun. :p~~~~ kikiki... Bz punya pasal, actually... Then bila ada masa terluang tu, banyak dihabiskan kat facebook... Bukan lagi kat sini macam dulu... hehe...

Tadi masa melayari fb, seorang fb friend bertanyakan tentang kelas online... Maaf, I tak handle kelas online... Bukan ape, kalau setakat ngajar nak cakap begini begitu, senang je, nak tunjuk, video kat youtube banyak... Tapi masalahnya, kualiti, hasil selepas kelas tu, macam takde makna aje... I senang buat kelas hand on direct secara manual sebab nnt senang I nak pegang tangan student i utk ajar dia kontrol piping bag tu, ajar teknik memicit tu.., ajar teknik pusing nozzle, nak bentukkan bunga n etc... Kalau setakat ngajar utk untung, pada I, takde makna...

Lanjut bercakap dengannya... :) :) :) Diceritanya, dia adalah fulltime housewife... Nak blaja2 cari duit lebih disamping masa yang banyak terluang. Wah, bagus niat cam tu... Sebagai wanita, kita memang kene pandai cari duit sendiri walaupun tak banyak... Kene cari kemahiran juga, sbb itu adalah salah satu cabang ilmu yang boleh digunakan satu hari nanti... :) :) :) Betul tak..? Ilmu Allah itu sangat luas... So, selagi kita hidup, belajarlah... Tak kira laa apa saja bidang ilmu tu. Ilmu tarian ke, ilmu nyanyian ke, ilmu al-quran, ilmu tarannum, ilmu baiki henpon ke.., ilmu baking, cooking... Apa-apa saja... Sbb ilmu adalah satu hadiah, anugerah yang tak ternilai dari Yang Maha Kuasa... :) :) :) Yeaps, bahkan I sendiri, masih punya banyak perkara yang harus dipelajari... Masih terlalu banyak yang tidak diketahui, tidak mahir... Malah dalam bidang baking sekalipun, masih banyak yang harus dipelajari... :) :) :)

Ermm.., entah kenapa ya, lately rasa malas melampau-lampau nak update blog. Sampai bersawang-sawang jadinya... And seperti biasa, dah kene leter dengan Mr. Sayang baru laaaa terhegeh-hegeh nak update... Ngeeeeee... Hik hik hik... Sorryyyyy... :) :) :)

Sebenarnya I nie suka jugak mengarang... Tapi sampai satu peringkat I tatau nak cerita pasal apa... Kalo just nak update bubuh gambar kek aje, rasanya cam membosankan takde apa nak tulis. Kan kan kan..? Setakat bubuh gambar then say "thanks", eh eh, rasa cam something wrong je... Tak lengkap tanpa merapu-rapu untuk u all baca... Hahaha... Ye lah, kalo dapat baca apa-apa boleh jugak korang release tension kan?? Jangan bertambah-tambah tension sudah... Ahakkss!!

Guys, I sebenarnya suka sangat nak kongsi tentang sesuatu yang bersifat "kewanitaan". Almaklum sajalah kan, I nie kan WANITA... Tulen lagi... So, suka sangat nak share cerita-ceriti sebegini. Lagi-lagi cerita-cerita tentang wanita-wanita hebat, naik semangat je rasa nak jadi "wanita hebat" jugak... Oitt.., dream is not just a dream... Untuk mencapai sesuatu mimpi, kita kenalah berusaha... Bukan main petik hujung jari aje, dik oiii... Kejayaan tak datang bergolek, ye tak..?

Bagi I, tokoh wanita yang sangat-sangat I kagumi adalah Saidatina Siti Khadijah r.a... Sape tak tau kan, isteri Rasulullah yang pertama. Yeaps, I sangat adore this person. Kadang2, kalo teringat kehebatan wanita ini, I boleh sampai menitis air mata... Betapa indahnya jika dapat jadi seperti dirinya. Yeaps, wanita yang CANTIK, KAYA, CERGAS, CERDAS, DERMAWAN dan BERKETURUNAN MULIA. Segalanya cukup...

Antara kehebatan Siti Khadijah sebagai isteri Rasulullah ::-

- Tenang dan menenangkan jiwa Rasulullah SAW di kala sedih dan gelisah. Pada saat Nabi ketakutan menerima wahyu pertama di Gua Hira', Siti Khadijahlah yang menenangkan dan mententeramkan Nabi dengan suaranya yang lembut... Dan akhirnya, dia menjadi wanita pertama yang memeluk Islam... :) :) :)

- Saidatina Siti Khadijah sentiasa mendokong tiap satu perjuangan suaminya dengan semangat dan jiwa seorang pejuang, berpaksikan kepada kekuatan iman.

Bagi I, setiap wanita yang mempunyai suami adalah wanita yang sangat bertuah. Di tapak kakinyalah dapat anda cium bau syurga... Dan jika anda mati dalam redha suami, maka syurgalah tempatmu... Ermmm... Sudah lama tak pegi pantai... So, lepas ambil my son dari sekolah hari tu, I terus bawa farihin n mama ke pantai... Saje, teringin nak rasa bayu lautnya.., nak rasa seafood gorengnya... Sambil santai-santai dengan mama n farihin... :) :) :)

Sampai sana, I order ikan celup tepung n beberapa jenis seafood lain yang kesemuanya celup tepung... Tapi, I tak berapa suke dengan gorengannya tu... Keras semacam, sampai sakit gigi... Lebih baik buat sendiri kat rumah, terjamin freshness n selera pun ikut sendiri... :) :) :)

Last 22nd Feb, I pegi umah kawan yg duk kat PJ... All the way dari Kota Bharu, I bawak laa cupcakes yang dalam bekas nie... :) :) (Gambar diambil kat airport Kota Bharu).

Bila sampai kat LCCT, I dijemput oleh seorang kawan... Sebelum ke rumah member tu, kami singgah lunch kat Damansara... While the cupcakes are in the car..., cuaca pulak panasss amat-amat... :) :)

Then, selesai makan.., kami pergi laa ke kereta.. :) Sampai aje ke kereta, 1st thing yang kami intai adalah cupcakes!!~ :) Hahaha... Apa jadik kat cupcakes kami..??? Aisingnya cair, beb!!~ Alahai... Ruginyeeee gambar lupe nak snap!! Hehehe... :p~~~~~~~~~~~~

Kemudian kami memulakan perjalanan... Disambil itu I mencari2 kedai my friend yang baru bukak cawangannya yang kedua kat Kota Damansara... Head office kat Pasir Pekan.. :) Duk tilik2 kedai yang berderet kat tepi tu, then terjumpalah kedainya... :) :) Sape laa yang tak kenal the famous Chef Lanz Recipe kan kan kan...??? Bila dah jumpe tu.., betapa gembiranya hati nie... Ye la, dah lama sangat tak jumpa dengan Abang Lan nie... :) :) He is 1 of my baking sifoo!!~!~ :) :) Then we've stopped in front of the shop, and I gave him a call...

Juz' nak share, apa perasaan saya malam nie.. Masih banyak tempahan perlu dibuat. Semuanya customer nak ambik awal pagi esok. Waktu sekarang jam 11.12 malam. Hmm.. Namun, hati dirundung kesedihan yang amat sangat, dek kerana diri sendiri yang terlalu suka sangat nak tolong orang.. Especially customer, yang kutahu, perlu buat sesuatu ikut budget yang telah disediakan.. Telah kutuliskan kat sidebar tu, bertahun.. Sejak dari awal blog ini dibuka. Nyatakan budget anda, akan kuusahakan sebaik mungkin..

Customer nie telah deal dgn saya beberapa bulan yang lalu.. Tempahan untuk majlis perkahwinan. She wanted muffin as the doorgift, cheese cakes, 2stack cake for cutting cake and also cupcakes... Well...

Me : My standard doorgift muffin is rm60 per 100pcs with only this size (I showed her my doorgift muffin papercup).

At the same time, I brought 1 packet of big sized muffins which cost rm1 per pcs..

She : How about this muffin? (Showing the big sized muffin before me).

Me : It's rm1 per pcs. Bulk order, rm80 per 100..

She : Well.., no discount anymore?

Then I looked at my husband's face..

Me : Errmm... well., rm70, 100pcs. Deal?

She : Hmm... Can u consider with rm60??

Whatt..?????!!

Me : Errrmmm...... Well.., it is fixed. The small one is rm60 per 100pcs.

She : But I want the big one... Plz, sis??

As I am the easy-going type, so I pleased.. But... Something playing in my head... Hesitatedly I said yes.. I dunno why, but maybe because I just want to "HELP". Well.., I sell things because of "HELP".. But now it seems it became a disease to me... (Disease????)

Me : Well... errmmm... o...k....

Then everything went juz' like that. I dunno why I said ok.. Then I counted the cost continuously finding the best recipe with small cost to fix the price... Hmmm...

A few days ago I called her back.

Me : Hello, I juz' want to ask, would you like if we change the size. Juz' take the regular sized of doorgift muffin, it's rm60 per 100pcs, but I'll give u discount.. rm55 per 100pcs...

She : Why? Well.., I want the big sized one...

Me : Well.., it's hard for me to find the cup (while I got it but the cost making me drowning), and you know, everything's increasing..

She : I'll call you later. Okay?

Me : Okay.

Hoping that she'll agree with my suggestion, though... After a few times she hadn't called.. Than, I made a call for her.

Me : Hello miss.., have you think about my suggestion earlier? What do you think?

She : I want the big one...

Still!!

Me : Well miss.., if you want the big one, than, you must add a little amount of rm0.10 for every pcs... Means, it's rm70 per 100pcs..

She : Hmmm... What about rm65??

Huhh... I think rm80 per 100pcs is the cheapest ever.. I gave rm70 per 100pcs for her so I think she'll agree as I think she don't have a lot of money for a good wedding day.. My head than thinking that there's one way to solve it.. But the end product won't turn out that good.. Well.., you'll get what you've paid...

Me : Hmm... O..K... laa.... How about the 2 stack cake?

I've made the cake..

She : Cancel the cake.

Me : But, I've made it..

She : Well.., the cake is cancelled..

I was about to tell her about the end product won't turn out well.., but something stopped me.. I don't feel like it.. As I don't want her to be dipressed.
After the muffins finished, I tried a few of them.. It's just the same of taste, but there's something different with the texture.. Something lacking.. Well.., it happened because of the cost.. Anyway, the taste is still edible. Much better than using the cheapest ingredients.. I never use the cheapest.. Still the same label..
Thanks to my neighbors for the help (I paid them).

Then a few hours ago I delivered the muffins to her. I used 2 cars for 1000pcs of muffins.
Well.., I know I make the delivery with an old car, which is in the same age of me.. I know I used an old clothes continuously, I know my son always in old clothes too.. Sometimes it's teared here and there... That things gives people the 1st perception they will judge.. They'll do as they are the boss because they are much, much, much better than me...

A few minutes later I got a call from her family.. Telling me about unsatisfying for my muffins..

They : Sorry, but the sample we've ate wasn't the same like this.. You must get here back and see, and taste it..

Me : Sir, I've the a few of the muffins, they were all fine, maybe the texture is a lil bit different.. Sir, muffins won't be the same like cakes..

They : Yes, I know.. But it taste not like this.. No matter what, u must turn back now..

Me : No, sir.. I got a lot of things to do.. I still have a few cakes to be decorated. I can't go to your place.

They : If you can't than I will go to your place.

Me : No, sir. If you come than, I still cannot entertain you. I have a lot of things to do... A lot of cakes to be finished.

They : Then, u should come back here!

Me : Sir, I am not that crazy to turn back there as my place and your place is not that near! Don't make fool on me. What do you think I am, sir??! What do you think I am??? I got certificate too! I've been in university too! I used to be a junior engineer too! I used to be the planner too! But I've quit everything as I want to bake cake!!!! Tq!

Then I off the phone...

Then I sent the daughter a message :
"Sorry for being rude, but I've made things on demand of customers.. I gave the price for bulk order (which you saved rm30) but u want it cheaper than that, and even cheapest.. I've tried to find a way to make it cheap, and I know it will turn like that.. Now you blame me for this.. Well.., this is the muffin of rm0.65 as you want.. the best at the price.. don't regret, you want it that cheap..."

Then she messaged me :
"I understand you want a big profit out of it, but please not that much.. If you want it more, why don't you just give us "raw flour"? Just eat the illegal money.. Thank you.

Then I replied :
Miss.., I've been sincere all this while to sell things cheapest from others.. Just go and ask, where can you find the big muffin price in bulk less than rm100 for 100pcs? But I did it. I've set rm80 for 100pcs.. I sincere. That's why I've asked you to change the size, but you insisted. I've count everything, the muffins you bought profited me less than rm0.10 each.. I've set price the minimum as I can. I just pleased you said I eat the illegal money. I used the best ingredients but people always take advantage as I am the easy-going type. Now I've learned something new, the price has to be fixed. Anyway, congratulations and thank you.

I am Farihin, will be 4 years old this August... I love to play bicycle.. This is what I got for playing bicycle (on my forehead over there).

A few month before my 1st birthday, I've been sewed at my chin. I jumped from my parent's bed down to the floor and accidentally my chin kissed my mom's computer table.. I never cried cuz' I dunno what happened. My mum and dad straightly sent me to the hospital and got sewed..

Last Thursday, I played with my bicycle.. I tried to make a style what we called wheelly, near the stairs of my house. Accidentally I falled and the handle kissed my forehead. My mum was so shocked and straightly sent me to the hospital.. She called my dad who was at the office and straightly he came over me in the emmergency room. I was accompanied my dad, grandmother and my nanny while the doctor was sewing my forehead.

Salam guys.. Boring eks, asyik citer pasal kek aje.. Macam laa takde bende lain nak dijadikan topik. Actually, ada bende lain yang bermain di benakku ini.. Hmm.. Dah puas mengalir air mata.. Dah malas fikiranku berserabut.. Dah serik merasa gundah gulana begini... Hmm... Alahai... Masa kecik, tak sabar nak jadi dewasa.. Bila dah jadi orang tua, masalah dah lain... Banyak nak kene fikir ini itu... Last-last, haru biru... LUPAKAN!!

Okay, gambar kat atas tu, diambil hari Khamis lepas... Boring punye keje, pegi kat tempat ayah tengok ayah dok 'cop' kain.. Tu teknik 'blok'. Kalo korang ambik textile nyer bidang, korang tau laa bende nie.. Nie actually bahagian dasar kain sarung.. Yang kat belakang tuuu... Ala, takkan tak pernah pakai kain sarung/batik kot..?? Haa... yang dok interframe tuh tangan ayah laa... Cepat sangat ayah buat, takleh nak tangkap.. Hahaha... Dah pakai yang anti-gegar nyer pon takleh tangkap gak... Isk isk...

Cian kat ayah.. buat keje sensorang jek.. Dulu dia ada ramai pembantu.. Tapi masing-masing kan dah berumur.. So, masing-masing dah berhenti.. Budak-budak muda sekarang mana nak keje gini lagi.. Hari tu ada jugak sorang budak laki wat keje 'cop kain' nie.. Datang sehari jek.. Pastu langsung berenti. Penat, katanya...

Dalam sebulan dua lepas ayah ada tiga orang pembantu.. Tapi, pakcik dan makcik tu dah berenti.. Lama-lama tak larat.. Upah pulak tak banyak sangat.. Ye la, ikut berapa 'kodi' kain diorang buat, baru kira bayaran.. Kalau sikit buat, sikitlah upah tu.. Tapi biasanya seminggu diorang dapat lebih RM100.00.. Last-last, ayah buat sorang.. Aku dan mama gi beli kain, warna, rosin, lilin and etc... Ayah buat, then mama yang pasarkan... Family bussiness laa katakan... Tapi kecik-kecik aje... Ayah banyak ambik upah dari tauke-tauke kat Terengganu.. Kalo korang gi beli kat sana pon, mungkin ada kain yang ayah buat... Hehe... Apa-apa pon, I am very proud of you, even though you are not my biological father.. (My late biological father is already dead since I was 12. Al-Fatihah).

Rasanya itu sahaja dulu nak melalut nie... Jumpa lagi...

...Apabila Majlis Terbatal...

Assalamualaikum... There's juz' a situation where you got an order for an engagement... Then, a few days before the occassion, you got a message :

"Hello Sis.., my engagement has been cancelled.. So with the orders.. May I have my money back??"

Well guys, it is not about the order which is got to be cancelled that I sad of, but the engagement... How do you (bakers) feel?? Well.., to me, when I got the message last nite, it is not about the "order" that I sad about... It is about the engagement.. Juz' feel sad for her.. Hmm.. For truth, I dunno nothing to say about the occassion cancellation. Juz' feel sorry for her... How about you guys? How do you feel, when situation like this happens to you?

...Vespa Craze - Nuttin' to do with cake...

A few days before Ramadhan...

Well, this entry got nuttin' to do with cake.. But I really want to share what I've seen this afternoon, when we were having dinner in a restaurant.. It was the Vespa replica. To me, the vespa was soooo unique. Well, it made me "WowW!" when I saw it at first.. So impress with it.. Why not?? Built from thrown Pepsi can, the tyres were from drinking water's bottle lid.. The edge of the can covered with rubber (the wyer's cover) to avoid it harm your pretty hands... Hmm... So cute.. Well., that's all.. Enjoy!!~!~ Drink Pepsi and make a vespa from it! Save the nature!~
