Mushroom Bread

500g high protein flour
3 tsp instant yeast
40g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
50g milk powder
2 tbsp margarine / butter / shortening
Oyster mushroom

Mix all of the dry ingredients. Add water. Knead well. Add margarine and knead until the dough turn into elastic.

Leave for fermentation about 30minutes.

Knead. Put in the mushrooms and knead a little.
Make into bun shape. Leave until doubled.
Bake 190 degree until brown.
