...Opera Cake...

CHRISTINE
In sleep he sang to me
In dreams he came
That voice that calls to me and speaks my name
And do I dream again for now I find
The Phantom of the Opera is there
Inside my mind

PHANTOM
Sing once again with me
Our strange duet
My power over you grows stronger yet
And though you turn from me to glance behind
The Phantom of the Opera is there
Inside your mind

CHRISTINE
Those who have seen your face
Draw back in fear
I am the mask you wear
PHANTOM
It's me they hear...

BOTH
Your/My spirit and my/your voice in one combined
The Phantom of the Opera is there
Inside my/your mind

BACKGROUND
Hes there, the phantom of the opera!

CHRISTINE
Hes there, the phantom of the opera

PHANTOM
Sing, my Angel of Music
Sing, my Angel
Sing for me
Sing, my Angel!
Sing for me!

I have brought you
to the seat of sweet music's throne
to this kingdom where all must pay homage to music
music
You have come here,
for one purpose, and one alone
Since the moment I first heard you sing,
I have needed you with me,
to serve me, to sing,
for my music...
my music...

  1. Hi Farra Deen, can see the sentimentality in you reading this classic posting and poetry.
Regret to know you not feeling well.
May I suggest if you in town and passing a Chinese medicine store, ask for this herbal tea drink called, 'Hor Yan Hor'....its made in Ipoh, Perak and very good for feverish conditions, as well will bring back the glow in you.
Its cheap too, even sold here.

Check out with the store guy re this herbal drink.
You get well soon, and stay beautiful and keep a song in your heart, Lee.
Really happy you love the dress,*wink*. Lee.

  2. Hi there Uncle Lee... Thank you for bringing shines into my blog. Now you can read the sentimentality in me.. Haha.. Yes, people can judge others in their words, though... Intonation and everything.. This is a song I love that much!! I got a band last few years (in my young years) and this was one of the song that tied our relationship.. I used to be the vocalist.. Haha!!~ This song keeps so many memories of my past.. Beautiful memories that won't die..
Thank you for suggesting that "Hor Yan Hor".. I never hear about it.. I took "Instant Goat's Milk" 3,4 times daily, and I feel much better now. There is Instant Goat's Milk now in Malaysia. U got it there? It's in the sachet, packed 15sachets/box. I am one of the dealer.. Hahaha!
Okay then Uncle Lee... Let me have ur address, I'll send U something...

  3. Hi Farra Deen, ha ha, I'll take a pass on that 'Instant goat's milk'. Will stay with my Chinese green tea, iced coffee.

I did guess the above lyrics must have some attachment to a romantic interlude somewhere in the past.
Hmmm, you want to send me something? Thank you for the kind thoughts....thats very nice of you. Will let you know one day, *wink*.
Will give you a little surprise very soon.
Have a nice day and hold that smile, Lee.

By the way, is Pantai Cinta Berahi still beautiful? My last trip there was wayyyyy back in 1986.....had dinner at a restaurant there.
I love Kelantan food too, and the kelantan spoken accent. Lee.
