Tiramisu - Untuk pencuci mulut di meja pengantin. Sempena perkahwinan sepupu saya - Wan Djunaidi dan isteri (Izura); Wan Nur Azliza dan suami (Wan Azhar).. Semoga bahagia ke anak cucu cicit.. Alhamdulillah, feedback yang menarik banyak diterima dari saudara-mara yang mencuba.

Pada hari yang sama, saya juga menyiapkan 2 biji Vanilla Custard Cream Cake. Kebetulan waktu customer datang ke rumah nak ambil kek, saya berada di rumah bapa saudara saya for the wedding... Kek pulak belum dihias.. So, that nite, saya terpaksa laa gi hantar ke rumah customer tu kat Ketereh accompanied by my mum... Thanks mum. Siap support fuel lagi!~ Hehehe :D.

...Hari Raya Kedua...

Vanilla Cake, Blueberry layered, 1.5kgs.

This is the cake I've juz' finished. My step sister called a day before Hari Raya for this wedding cake. The wed will be held on 3rd Hari Raya, so I've to finish the cake on 2nd Eid. She told me the colour theme - white and blue - making me feel so free to appear with my own idea.. I love it!~ I've jumped into this world of creativity, so why must I use the same idea with others? Except, it's a customer's request.. I have no choice... This order making me feel good... Hehehe...

I've ran out of castor sugar.. I went to buy it from the bakery shop but they are all still closed. When I was on the way home, I've passed a grocery.. Luckily suddenly.. Hahaha!!~ Even though they were a little bit expensive (A LITTLE, okay?), I juz' took it as I need it so d**n much.. I baked the cake on 5pm.. Cover it a little, then I went to my aunty's place.. I've started decorating this cake on 10.00pm... Whatever it is, I hope the bride/bride groom will like the end product..

Assalamualaikum... Just' to tell a story about my Eid.. A few days before Eid, my taylor told me "I've failed to sew your dress". I was juz "Hmmm..." thinking about the dress... And about the engagement cakes to be finished on the 1st Syawal, the engagement will be held on 2nd Syawal... "Nevermind then, my 1st hari raya will be raya with the cakes... So, I'm not going anywhere. Carry on, then". Huhuhu!~ So On the 1st Syawal, I baked two of 1.5kgs Vanilla Cakes, one in 'love' shape, one in square shape.. I was juz' finished it on 5 p.m.

...Vespa Craze - Nuttin' to do with cake...

A few days before Ramadhan...

Well, this entry got nuttin' to do with cake.. But I really want to share what I've seen this afternoon, when we were having dinner in a restaurant.. It was the Vespa replica. To me, the vespa was soooo unique. Well, it made me "WowW!" when I saw it at first.. So impress with it.. Why not?? Built from thrown Pepsi can, the tyres were from drinking water's bottle lid.. The edge of the can covered with rubber (the wyer's cover) to avoid it harm your pretty hands... Hmm... So cute.. Well., that's all.. Enjoy!!~!~ Drink Pepsi and make a vespa from it! Save the nature!~

...Hari Raya yang Menjelang Tiba...

Hmmm... Menjelang awal Ramadhan, bermula rutin hidupku yang agak hectic. Cukup sibuk dengan promosi-promosi demi memperkenalkan jenamaku yang baru "Farra Delight" setelah berkira-berkira - HomePicks akan didaftarkan sebagai syarikat Enterprise yang baru.

Aku mula membuat biskut - Almond London hanya setelah dua minggu berpuasa. Agak lewat, tapi aku tak kisah.. Ramadhan kali nie aku lebih menekankan kepada produk kek.. Tempahan-tempahan kek mula diterima. Tempahan melalui online tidak dapat aku terima kerana tempahan dari luar yang kuterima amat-amat memberangsangkan. Lebih dari target. Alhamdulillah... Sesungguhnya segala rezeki itu datangnya dari Allah jua.. Aku pasti, kebanyakan rakan seperjuanganku, bakers yang lain juga mendapat tempahan yang cukup banyak!~

Seminggu sebelum hari raya, terima undangan dari FAMA untuk menyertai pameran produk Industri Asas Tani @ IKS berhampiran Bazaar Ramadhan. Bermula 10hb hingga 19hb. Namun, gerai kami hanya dibuka sehingga 13hb berikutan menerima tempahan yang inginkan produknya secara segera dalam bilangan yang banyak.

Kesemua kek-kek dan biskutku adalah 100% dari air tanganku. Tiada sedikit pun sentuhan dari orang lain.

Dua hari sebelum hari raya, aku harus menyiapkan lebih 50 biji kek dan membuat delivery kepada customer. Dari bab membeli barang, menimbang, membancuh, membakar, membungkus hinggalah ke delivery 100% aku yang buat... Allah saja yang tahu, betapa pergelangan kaki ini rasa bagai nak tercabut, lutut bagai nak terpenggal... Namun aku gembira, apabila dapat memuaskan hari pelangganku yang mengharapkan hasil yang terbaik dariku... Amat-amat berterima kasih pada anda yang menyokongku.. Allah saja yang mampu membalas..

Sekarang, aku juga rindu pada blogku yang dah lama tak terupdate. Namun begitu, masih ada 2 biji kek kahwin, 3 biji kek Moist Devil's Food Cake yang harus disiapkan menjelang malam.. Ini tempahan dari jiranku, jadi aku tiada masalah dengan delivery. Pagi esok pon masih sempat agaknya... Cuma kek tunang, akan diambil pada petang esok dari pelanggan sendiri. Last sekali, kek kahwin pada hari raya ke-3, sempatlah rehat sikit... Untuk rumah aku pulak?? Entah, butter kek aje kot... huhuhue!~ InsyaAllah, akan ada juga dariku untuk keluarga...
