..::Cake Tour dan Kek Kawen::..

Salam w.b.t...

Actually, tak banyak sangat yang nak diceritakan hari nie.. Hanya nak kongsi sedikit pengalaman dalam sehari dua nie.. Hmm.., amat penat tetapi happy!~!!~~ Berbaloi berhari-hari bermula 27hb, tido pukul 1 @ 2 pagi hanya nak siapkan kek untuk dijual kat Cake Tour... Tapi sayangnya, tidak semua gambar yang sempat saya snap, memandangkan kamera saya hanya memunculkan dirinya disaat-saat tertentu saja... Malu-malu kucing gamaknya... Maknanya, gambar-gambar yang bernasib baik sahaja yang sempat disnap... Yang lain-lain.., kekal dalam memori..

Okie, pengalaman Cake Tour tu, lain kali sajalah saya ceritakan... Panjang sangat ceritanya!~ Tak sempat nak diceritakan hari ini.. So, hari nie kite share jamu mata sahaja melihat gambar kek... Okie..??

Ini antara kek yang bernasib baik, dapat diambil gambarnya.. Selepas snap yang nie, langsung kamera saya tu dah malu-malu kerbau ke kucing ke... Hehe...

Kek cawan kat atas nie antara yang dijual di Cake Tour.. Merah Strawberry Filling memberikan identiti kek berintikan inti strawberry.. Pada Kek Cawan Blueberry pula, diberikan sentuhan yang sama... Cuma berbeza inti dan topping atasnya. Ringkas dan comel.. Ada seorang customer memberitahu, "Comel kek nie..." lalu dibelinya beberapa biji..

Antara yang dijual di Cake Tour tersebut ialah :-

- Kek Cawan Krim Blueberry.

- Kek Cawan Krim Strawberry.

- Kek Cawan Moist Devil's Food Cake dengan krim mentega coklat dan ganache.

- Muffin Choc. Rice (pack of three dan jugak single pack).

- Moist Devil's Food Cake Chocolate Superior - sedia potong. Ini adalah antara produk yang paling laris hari tu. Setengah jam saja, dah tak ada stok.

- Karipap Kentang Kari Ayam - pack of 3, ready to eat.

- Kek Masam Manis (Haw Flakes).

- Akok Sambal Udang - Antara produk yang paling laris. Ada customer pusing kereta lepas keluar dari airport, hanya sebab nak beli nie semalam!!~ Resepi tradisi turun temurun.

- Puding Pelangi.

Alhamdulillah, mendapat sambutan yang amat menggalakkan dari customer, tambahan pula, sekarang nie musim umrah.. So, pukul 7 pagi dah ramai orang.. Alhamdulillah.. Moga terus diberkati olehNya... InsyaAllah...

Kek Mentega Lapis Blueberry 2kg.

Kek mentega nie antara kek yang kuhias semalam.. Hmm.., lama jugak ambik masa nak meratakan buttercream tu.. Lama betul tak hias kek kawen.. Lebih kurang 2 tahun lebih!!~ Hmm.. setelah lama sangat aku menyepikan diri.. Sekarang baru nak aktif balik.. Alhamdulillah, tanganku masih belum keras lagi bab main dengan buttercream nie.. Ahakkss!!~!~

Kek nie adalah order dari seorang return customerku.. An. Hari tu dia order Moist Devil's Food Cake Choc. Superior.. Kali nie dia order kek nie untuk perkahwinan abangnya.. Nasib baik sempat.. Dengan persediaan untuk Cake Tour dan jugak kek kawen. Pagi tadi dia pergi ambik kat airport... Dia cakap, suka hati akak laa nak wat kek tu camana, nak kaler hijau, 2kg, tulis camtu... Hmm... Pada mulanya, aku cuma nak buat bulat aje.. Tapi, tiba-tiba terfikir, hmm.. alang-alang ada tempahan gini, baik aku wat bentuk pelik sikit.. Bukan selalu leh deco kek kawen.. Time musim gini aje.. Terus aku dapatkan 2 loyang berlainan saiz... Nak buat bentuk topi!!~ Tadi, sesampainya An, terkejut dia tengok!~ Isk isk.. cantiknya akak... Akak, An tersilap inform, sebenarnya An nak 2 bijik hari nie, An mengigau tercakap nak satu hari nie, satu hari Isnin... Ish ish.. An.., An... Biasalah, kalut nak siapkan perkahwinan abang tersayang... Sampai terlepas pandang... Huhuhue!~ Thanks An for the order ya?? Harap-harap kalian suka dengan decoration dan kek akak tu... Apa2 yang tak puas hati, cakap saja... Thanks!~

I hope people out there can manage to understand the differences between Devil's Food Cake and regular Moist Chocolate Cake.. In Moist Devil's Food Cake, usually there's no coffee or nescafe. And both of them are not the same. Maybe juz' the color.. Hmm.. :) Cheers!!~!~!~

- No raw egg at all. I use less of egg in every single recipe of my product.

- Chocolatey

- Halal, of course.

- Made from non-dairy fresh cream.

Muffins for tomorrow.. I juz' finished baking those muffins last an hour.. They will be sent to the cafes and coffee shop around Kota Bharu..

A little much about these muffins :-

-They have no preservative.

-Bake freshly. I do go for service every three days for every coffee shop and cafe which I exchange the muffins I've placed three days before.
- With Allah's will, they are all halal.

- InsyaAllah, they taste great.

- Every product of mine are made from scratch. Even sponge cakes, I make them from scratch.
