So, after a week dah I kat sini duk buat bende nie... Dan sudah pun mendapat perhatian serta menjadi favourite untuk certain people. Dalam duk buat Durian Crepe tu, so I buatlah jugak Chocolate Mousse Crepe. Inti kat tetengah tu I tukar jadi mousse chocolate instead of pakai krim n isi durian... Yelah, tak semua orang makan durian, betul tak..? Kesian diorang lah... And for truth, dari dulu lagi "mousse chocolate" nie adalah dessert yang enak, sedap... Memang kegemaran ramai, yang I aplikasikan pada kek "Moist Devil's Food Chocolate Superior"... Cuma kali nie, I aplikasikan pada crepe, sebagai inti...

Tempahan dari seorang kawan lama... Lama sangat tak dengar berita darinya, last dulu beberapa ketika sebelum majlis weddingnya. Tiba-tiba semalam call for a cake!~ Tapi baguslah gitu, ingat kek je, ingat Farah... Ingat kek je ingat Farah... Setengah orang tu, buat tak ingat aje... Walau tahu ada member yang buka kedai kek pon, dia rela pergi ke lain... Bukan nak dibantu kawan nie sama-sama mendaki naik ke puncak, kan..? Hehehe... Biasa la tu... :) :) :)

Okies, kembali ke tajuk asal, kek ini order dari kawan lama saya untuk pelancaran kopitiam yang dibukanya "d'pelito" yang terletak di Jalan Berek 12, Kota Bharu. Permintaan untuk kek 4kg yang special... Dia tanya saya "U nak buat camana kek I tu nanti?" I jawab je "Entah, tatau lagi... Nnt nak reka-reka..." hehehe... So I buat yang ini...

Isi kek ini adalah "Moist Devil's Food Cake" yang dilapisi dengan "Mousse Chocolate" yang istimewa sebanyak 3 lapisan... Luarnya I salut aje dengan fresh cream, ditabur roasted almond nib dan chocolate rice... Kat atas dihiasi buah peach... Actually nak letak banyak jenis buah, tapi sebab tak sempat nak gi beli, i pun rushing dengan jadual yang pax sangat-sangat, so peach aje yang berjaya diletak. hehehe... Tapi, alhamdulillah, kat sana semalam I tengok sambutannya amat memuaskan hati I... hehehe... I suke tengok orang makan kek I dengan puas hati. :) :) :)

Tak kurang juga ada yang buat sebagai doorgift untuk majlis-majlis pertunangan dan perkahwinan... :) :) :) Ye la, apa taknya... Tengok aje kat bentuk yang comel-comel tu...
